Ashley Ishmael

As the Sales and marketing Manager, Ashley manages and oversees all ICS sales and marketing initiatives.

Ashley has been with ICS since 2010 where she started as a Graphic Design Intern. What started as a summer internship has led to her wrangling the growing ICS sales team, helping them build customer relationships and forecasting sales growth. Ashley still dabbles in graphic design with ICS marketing efforts but has found her passion in management and data analytics.

Ashley earned her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Iowa State University in 2011. She is currently working towards her Master’s of Business Administration degree at the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and is looking forward to her May 2023 graduation date. She has earned her graduate certificate in Marketing and working towards her Leadership certificate. She’ll tell you she’s currently an Iowa Hawkeye but will forever be a Cyclone!

In her personal life, Ashley and her husband have a son and 2 daughters. They enjoy spending time as a family and working on home renovation projects (Ashley’s husband will disagree on the enjoying home reno part.)
