Alan Ridge is the Practice Lead at Maintel since October 2018, overseeing the implementation and support operations of the cloud services division. Previously, Alan held the position of Operations Director at ICS Solutions Ltd, managing services delivery for a Microsoft specialist team. Alan also worked as a Principal Consultant at Personic Software Ltd, handling professional services management. Alan's early career included roles such as Information Systems Manager at GEC-Marconi and as an Undergraduate at TI Raleigh Cycles. Alan holds a B.Sc Hons in Manufacturing from Brunel University London and a Post Graduate degree in Management Studies from Coventry University.
