Akshat Goel

Akshat Goel is an advisor at ICS Career GPS and has previously worked as an engineering lead at Get My Parking and as a software development engineer III at UrbanClap. Akshat has also worked as a full stack developer at Letsintern.com, where they programmed the front-end and the back-end of the 'students' module. Akshat also designed and implemented the architecture using Amazon AWS (S3, EC2, Cloudfront, SES, RDS), Redis, MySQL, RabbitMQ, mongodb and created backend algorithms for student feeds and scorin systems. At Letsintern, they also managed on-site Search Engine optimization.

Letsintern is a LinkedIn for students helping them connect to employers, career services and each other. Some of their achievements include having 1,50,000+ unique visitors contributing to 1.2 million+ page-views monthly, being adjudged as India's top 15 Emerging start-ups by NASSCOM in 2011 and winning the Economic Times Power of Ideas in 2010.
