Paul Waters has over 30 years of experience in sales and business development. Paul began their career in 1990 as a Senior Sales Representative at Mathsoft, where they exceeded sales targets and won sales contests for reaching sales objectives. During their time at Mathsoft, they were able to grow the business from start-up to $28 million in sales by developing strong niche markets. In 1994, they moved to Raxco Software, Inc. as an Account Manager. Paul was a top sales performer and consistently exceeded sales goals while building a sales pipeline.
In 1996, Paul Waters became an Account Manager at Dr Solomon's Software, Inc., a global leader of Anti-Virus Security Software for corporate enterprises. Paul exceeded sales quotas and managed a predictable and steady sales pipeline, as well as prospected, qualified, and closed major accounts. In 1999, they became a Sales Rep. at Elron Software, a leading provider of Internet, Firewall and Email Security Solutions. Paul was a consistent sales performer and won numerous sales awards by developing territory through new business, targeted verticals, and upgrades.
In 2000, Paul Waters took on the role of Account Manager at Empirix, a premier supplier of testing software for network devices VPN/Firewall/routers/switches. Paul consistently exceeded sales goals and developed new business by creating an overall sales strategy for selling to targeted verticals. Finally, in 2002, they became the Director Of Business Development at Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. (ICS) & Boston UX. Paul helped companies reduce costs and redundancies, enhance software performance, manage development complexity, stabilize new-product introductions, and navigate key regulatory standards by blending the art of visual design and agile engineering.
Paul Waters obtained a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Northeastern University.
