Prathibha Pillai Rajam has over 18 years of work experience in software testing and project management. Prathibha began their career in 2003 as a Software Test Engineer at SHARP Software Development India, where they were responsible for performing functionality, usability, installation, compatibility and stress testing, as well as the implementation of ISO 9001 quality standards for the project. In 2004, they moved to Aricent Group as a Sr. Test Lead, where they managed a team of 9, handled activities including effort estimation, resource allocation and management, status tracking and reporting, and designed and developed test plans and test cases for functionality, feature interaction and compliance testing. In 2011, they joined IBM as an Associate Project Manager, where they were responsible for monitoring activities pertaining to effort estimation, resource allocation and management, managing a team of 5 engineers and tracking the project on a daily basis, and working closely with the project management, delivery and development team to drive quality throughout all stages of the test life cycle. In 2016, they became a Test Professional-Voluntary at JobsForHer, a startup that provides services to women job seekers and connects them with employers. As a volunteer test professional, they were responsible for testing the JFH website and building test automation scripts for web application testing, as well as networking with over 100 women job seekers and employers to identify the concerns of women looking for a second career. Most recently, in 2017, they joined Radiometer as a Senior Software Engineer - Test, where they were responsible for verification activities involving the creation of test plans, design and management of test protocols, execution, bug management and reporting, and creation of test reports. In 2022, they joined Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. (ICS) as a Senior Software Test Engineer.
Prathibha Pillai Rajam obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UBDT College of Engineering between 1995 and 1999.
