Stephanie Van Ness has been in the marketing and communications industry since 2000. Stephanie began their career as the Principal of Van Ness Communications, where they crafted compelling content and winning messaging for Fortune 500 and SMBs in insurance, financial services, technology, and healthcare industries. Stephanie also grew revenue through SEO-friendly lead-generation campaigns and helped C-suite and subject experts express thought leadership in key industry publications. In 2012, they became a Personal Trainer/Group X Instructor for Athletic Republic, where they launched ARX (now AR-FIT), Athletic Republic Norwood's small-group cross-training program for adults. Stephanie programmed all workouts, taught daily classes, developed the program's website, established a social media presence, and managed all marketing activities to drive new business. In 2016, they joined Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. (ICS) & Boston UX as the Assoc. Director of Marketing & Chief Storyteller. In this role, they created marketing programs for both ICS and Boston UX, tackling brand strategy, project management, and content development to increase brand awareness and loyalty and generate sales leads. In 2018, they were still working for Boston UX as the Assoc. Director of Marketing & Chief Storyteller.

Stephanie Van Ness received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Journalism and Biology from Boston University. Stephanie then went on to pursue a Masters program in Marketing and Mass Communications from Syracuse University. In addition, they hold certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a CSCS and from the American Red Cross for First Aid/CPR/AED.
