Wenny currently holds the position of Human Capital Lead at ICS Compute, where Wenny is responsible for various programs related to employee wellness, counselling, performance management, and career development. Prior to this, Wenny has held roles such as CEO and co-founder at PT Empatia Talenta Indonesia, Corporate Counsellor at Hacktiv8 Indonesia, and HR Executive Manager at PT.Sentra Paramitra. With a background in psychology, Wenny has also worked as a lecturer's assistant and private tutor.
