Nhlanhla Lucky Boy Mthalane is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR business partnering. Currently serving as Divisional HR Manager at Ackermans since November 2017, Nhlanhla has previously held HR Manager positions at Nedbank and Massmart, and an HR Business Partner role at Metropolitan. The early career began with practical HR exposure as a Graduate Trainee at eThekwini Municipality and skills development initiatives at ETDP SETA.
