Michael Piper

Michael Piper is a professional consultant and owner of Paradise Bay, LLC, a boutique firm specializing in business strategy, cost reduction, and project management, with over 20 years of experience in major construction firms. They currently serve as CEO of ICS Tax, LLC and as a partner at ICS Consulting, Inc., offering nationwide tax planning strategies and project-related planning and representation for public-sector clients. Piper has previously held roles including Managing Partner at General Energy Brokerage & Consulting, and positions at Ameresco, McKinstry, Johnson Controls, and Harris Companies. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2004.
