Abby Jagoda

Abby Jagoda is an experienced public policy professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Public Policy at ICSC since September 2022, previously holding the position of Vice President in the same department. Prior to ICSC, Abby was Vice President and Head of U.S. Government Affairs at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield from June 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading government affairs strategies and overseeing philanthropic initiatives. Earlier experiences include serving as Director of Public Policy and Best Practices at ICSC from October 2013 to June 2020, and as a Public Policy Advisor at Blank Rome Government Relations, where strategic legislative advice was provided to a diverse client base. Abby began a career in public service with a Congressional internship in 2004-2005. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Political Science and Urban Studies from Northeastern University.
