Julie T. Fox

Julie T. Fox is an accomplished retail leasing professional with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently serving as VP of Retail Leasing at MCB Real Estate since April 2025, Julie also holds the position of PA/NJ/DE Marketplace Director and Membership Chair at ICSC. As a co-founder of The Pipeline, an organization that supports female professionals in retail real estate, Julie is dedicated to empowering women in the field. Previously, Julie held senior roles at Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp. and RJ Brunelli & Co., where responsibilities included overseeing leasing and tenant representation. With a strong educational background, Julie earned a Master's in Finance and an MBA from Drexel University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware.
