Moutray McLaren currently serves as Vice President at ICSC since October 2022. Previously, McLaren held the position of Chief of Staff at the U.S. House of Representatives from January 2019 to October 2022. From February 2017 to December 2018, McLaren worked as Counsel at the Office of Management and Budget, and from February 2014 to February 2017, served as Legislative Director for Congressman Mulvaney, focusing on health care, Medicare, and Medicaid legislation. Prior to these roles, McLaren was a self-employed professional poker player from 2008 to 2010 and worked as an Admissions Counselor at Furman University from 2006 to April 2008. McLaren obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Furman University in 2006 and a Doctor of Law from the Charleston School of Law in 2013. Education was completed at Christ Church Episcopal School from 1995 to 2002.
