Phillips Hinch

Phillips Hinch has a diverse range of work experience in tax policy and government relations. Phillips served as the Vice President of Tax Policy at ICSC starting in 2017. Prior to that, they were a Senior Policy Advisor at the U.S. Senate from 2016 to 2017 and a Senior Economic Policy Advisor at the US House of Representatives from 2013 to 2016.
