Rochelle Zaldivar

Rochelle Zaldivar is a dedicated professional with experience in various roles within the insurance and business sectors. Currently serving as a Student Member at ICSC since November 2021, Rochelle previously worked as a Health Insurance Agent at Alliant Insurance Services, where responsibilities included qualifying and enrolling individuals in insurance plans under the Affordable Care Act and consistently achieving sales targets. Rochelle also held positions as an Office Assistant at Florida State University - College of Business, External VP for Women in Business at Florida State University, and a Chapter Member of Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society. Additional experience includes roles as a Student Leasing Assistant, Front Desk Associate at Weichert Realtors, Sales Associate at Pandora, and Team Member at Jamba. Rochelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Management from Florida State University and has demonstrated a strong commitment to academic and professional growth.
