David Sheehan

David Sheehan is an experienced aviation maintenance professional with a robust background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Heavy Maintenance Provider (HMP) Representative at ICSI since March 2021, David monitors compliance of maintenance programs for American Airlines and assists vendors with corrective actions. Prior to this role, David worked as an MXP Technician at ICSI, collaborating with American Airlines Engineering to develop and update aircraft maintenance documentation. David's extensive history with American Airlines includes positions as Production Supervisor, Structures Crew Chief, QC Inspector, and Mechanic, where responsibilities ranged from supervising staff during operations to performing detailed inspections and maintenance on various aircraft. Earlier experience includes serving in the U.S. Air Force as a Crew Chief for multi-engine transport aircraft. Additionally, David holds an FAA Certificate A&P in Aviation Mechanics from East Coast Aero Tech.
