Sreekanth D Ph.D has extensive experience in research and education within the field of computer science. Currently serving as the Head of Research and Solutions at ICT Academy of Kerala since July 2014, Sreekanth has also held positions as a Senior Knowledge Officer and Knowledge Officer at the same institution. Prior to this, Sreekanth worked as an IT Specialist at the Kerala Institute of Local Administration from May 2013 to June 2014 and as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Management and Technology-Thrissur from June 2007 to April 2013. Sreekanth's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from Bharathiar University, along with a Master of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from PRIST University, an M.Phil. in Computer Science from Bharathiar University, and a Master of Computer Applications from Bharathiar University.

Information and Communication Technology Academy of Kerala (ICTAK) is a social enterprise created in a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. The organization is committed to imparting ICT skills to the youths of Kerala and thereby improving their employability opportunities in the industry. ICTAK gets support from the Government of India, the Government of Kerala, and the leading IT companies such as TCS, UST, IBS, QuEST, and Sowparnika Education Infrastructure.
