Julia-Silvana Hofstetter

Julia-Silvana Hofstetter is a distinguished professional in the field of international relations and security, currently serving as a Technology & Human Rights Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School since September 2024. Alongside this role, Julia-Silvana is a Non-Resident Research Fellow with the AI Security Initiative at UC Berkeley and an Advisory Board Member and Research Consultant at Chatham House. As a Senior Advisor at ICT4Peace, Julia-Silvana focuses on humanitarian data governance and cybersecurity issues while teaching courses for global representatives.
