Per-Åke Bligård

Per-Åke Bligård has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and leadership. Per-Åke started their career at XDIN AB as a Software Engineer from April 2011 to March 2012. From there, they joined Ictech and worked as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in software development for embedded control systems for heavy vehicle powertrains. Per-Åke also served as a Scrum Master for one of the teams within the Platform Control area at Volvo Group Trucks Technology.

During their time at Ictech, Per-Åke undertook various roles including Parental Leave, Software Leader, Software Engineer, and Team Leader. Per-Åke worked with prominent companies like UniCarriers Europe, Husqvarna Construction Products, Volvo Group, Veoneer, and ZENUITY. Per-Åke'sresponsibilities included team leadership, software development, organizational coaching, and sensor fusion for autonomous vehicles.

Per-Åke Bligård is currently working as a Tech Lead at Västtrafik through Ictech since June 2021.

Per-Åke Bligård obtained a M.Sc.EE degree from Chalmers University of Technology, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) obtained from Scrum.org in December 2020, and as a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) obtained from Scrum.org in April 2016.
