Currently serving as Managing Director at ICTS UK & Ireland since February 2018, Andy previously held key roles at American Airlines and US Airways, where oversight included extensive European operations across multiple airports. Notably, Andy led the airport customer service divisions for both airlines, managing a network that incorporated up to 45 daily flights and overseeing operations at numerous airports. Prior experience includes leadership positions in aviation security and airport committees at Gatwick Airport, as well as a foundational career at Northwest Airlines, where responsibilities ranged from station management to cargo operations. Andy's career spans over four decades in the aviation industry, underpinned by a commitment to safety and customer service excellence.
