MIKE FRASER has a strong background in the aviation industry, starting as a Security Officer at Aberdeen International Airport in 1993 and eventually becoming the IDC Account Manager. MIKE is currently the Training & Compliance Manager at ICTS UK & IRELAND, overseeing standards at ICTS ABZ. Prior to their airport career, MIKE served as a Senior Marshal at Skirmish Paintball. Mike has an HNC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Aberdeen Technical College.
