Anna Estep

Anna Estep is a Product Design Engineer II at ICU Medical since January 2023, with a prior experience as an R&D Engineer I at Spine Wave, Inc. from November 2020 to January 2023, where development focused on specialized instrumentation for spine surgeries. Anna worked as an Engineering Research Specialist at the University of Pennsylvania's GRASP Lab from August 2018 to November 2020, contributing to micro aerial vehicle projects, and served as a Teaching Assistant for Mechanical Engineering Design Labs. Previous roles include an R&D Intern at East Coast Dyes Lacrosse in 2018, where Anna gained expertise in product design and quality control. Anna holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a high school diploma from Cannon High School.
