Breanna Padilla

Breanna Padilla is an accomplished professional in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as the Automation and Manual Assembly Production Manager at ICU Medical since April 2016, where previous roles included Sustaining Tooling Manager, Tooling Supervisor, Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer II. Prior experience includes positions at Freudenberg Medical focusing on new programs and sustaining engineering, where implementation of lean system principles led to a 25% reduction in quality incidents.
