Erica Husted

Erica Husted, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Sr. HR Operations Manager at ICU Medical since November 2023. Prior to this role, Erica spent over 16 years at Pearson, where positions included HR Operations Project Manager, Regional Relationship Manager, Senior HR Information Systems Analyst, HRIS Analyst, and HR Representative. In these capacities, Erica successfully led HR transformation projects, engaged with HR stakeholders across North America and Latin America, and drove continuous improvement in HR processes and systems. Erica began a career at Hewitt Associates as an HR Customer Service Associate. Erica holds an MBA in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BA in Communications from DePaul University.
