Joseph Canavan

Joseph Canavan is currently working as the Vice President of Quality at ICU Medical since January 2021. Prior to this role, Joseph held positions such as Senior Director of Quality Device Operations at Medtronic from February 2017 to January 2021, and Director of Quality at Covidien (Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group) from October 2013 to February 2017. Joseph manages a team of approximately 30 quality engineers in support of new product development activities for various medical devices. Canavan graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering in 2005.
