Shelly Smith

Shelly Smith is a seasoned marketing communications professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across prominent organizations such as ICU Medical, Transdev, and NSW Health. Currently serving as the Marketing Communications Manager for the APAC region at ICU Medical since August 2022, Shelly has a proven track record in developing robust communication strategies, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and managing comprehensive communication channels. Previous roles include Communications & Stakeholder Engagement Manager at Transdev, where Shelly was a member of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for stakeholder communications and media relations, and various positions within NSW Health focusing on integrated care, project management, and content development. Shelly holds a BA in Communications from Griffith University and a diploma in Reflexology from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies, complemented by additional studies in Applied Social Media Marketing.
