Tracy Mitchell

Tracy Mitchell, CPHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources for the APAC region at ICU Medical since May 2023, previously holding the position of Human Resources Manager in the same company from January 2018 to February 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Tracy has had significant roles at various organizations, including GraysOnline as a People & Culture Business Partner and Liberty Specialty Markets as a Human Resources Business Partner for Continental Europe & Dubai. Notable achievements include leading the implementation of cloud-based talent management systems and overseeing recruitment and performance management initiatives across multiple regions. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of Sydney, a Certificate IV in Human Resources from TAFE NSW, and has completed the AHRI Practising Certification Program.
