Sunny, also known as Pratanchai Permpanich, has extensive experience in digital marketing and advertising operations, currently serving as a Senior Digital Operator (Ad Trafficker) at iCumulus since December 2011. Prior roles include Campaign Manager and Digital Operator at Digital Alchemy from December 2011 to January 2016, and a brief tenure as a Digital Marketing Consultant at 3M in mid-2011. Sunny holds a Master's degree in Digital Marketing from Hult International Business School, where studies focused on SEO, social media marketing, eCRM, and eCommerce. Earlier academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from Mahidol University International College, complemented by practical training through an internship at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts.
