Anja Wilson

Anja Wilson is an experienced professional currently serving as an Internal DEI Advisor at ICUnet.Group since November 2022, where responsibilities include assessing internal needs for DEI measures, developing training programs, and conducting reporting to HR and senior leadership. Prior roles include DEI Consultant & Trainer with a track record of advising over 15 companies, and content creation for various DEI learning formats. Anja's background also features a Public Relations internship at Handicap International and diverse roles in project and strategic management at organizations such as Daimler AG and Caritas-Verband. Anja holds a Master of Arts in Management of Intercultural Issues and Development Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Sociology, alongside a postgraduate degree in Internationale Handlungskompetenz.
