Berta Phelps

Berta Phelps has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, holding various roles in both management and sales. Starting as the Director of Insurance Program at International Dairy Queen, Inc., from May 1988 to March 2004, Berta was responsible for the entire insurance program. Subsequent positions included serving as an Independent Agent at Lakeside Insurance Brokers, a Producer at Bremer Bank, and a Customer Service Manager at Associated Financial Group. Berta also worked as a Commercial Account Manager at American Agency, Inc., and as a Minnesota Marketing Representative for Great Northwest Insurance Company. Most recently, Berta serves as a Business Development Underwriter at ICW Group, focusing on marketing Workers' Compensation policies to Minnesota agencies. An alumnus of Rasmussen Business College, Berta earned an Associate's Degree in Sales & Marketing and was recognized on the Dean's List.
