Frans van der Leije

Frans van der Leije is an experienced senior underwriter in the insurance industry, currently serving at Victor Insurance since January 2025. Prior to this role, Frans held various positions at Nationale-Nederlanden from June 2022 to January 2025 and at Allianz Nederland from January 2004 to June 2022, where responsibilities included senior underwriting for property and brand, as well as account advising. Frans is actively pursuing further education in risk assessment and holds a degree in Management, Economie & Recht from Ichthus Hogeschool, completed in 2003. Continuous professional development has been a focus, with numerous certifications obtained in various areas of insurance and emotional intelligence training.
