Khanh Pham

Khanh Pham is a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience in operational excellence and process improvement across various sectors, including manufacturing and transactional areas. Currently serving as a Senior Process Analyst and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at ICW Group since April 2017, Khanh has also held the position of Director of Strategic Consulting at Infor since August 2011. Khanh's expertise includes leading large cross-functional Lean Six Sigma projects, facilitating Kaizen events, and training and mentoring individuals in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Additional roles have included Senior Director of Quality at Cryoport, Director of Operational Excellence at CareFusion and Cardinal Health, and Production & Inventory Control Manager at Ingersoll Rand. Khanh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry from UCLA.
