Teresa Chandler

Teresa Chandler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fraud investigation and claims management. Currently serving as a Senior Fraud Investigator at ICW Group since March 2014, Teresa identifies potential fraud and collaborates with various stakeholders for criminal prosecution. Previously, Teresa effectively managed over 150 claims as a Claims Adjuster. Teresa also has a distinguished military background with the US Navy Reserve as a First Class Petty Officer and the US Navy as a Petty Officer Second Class, specializing in gunnery and administrative roles. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Phoenix, alongside education from Vincennes University and Central Texas College.
