Time flies when you work in an industry you love. Brian Grady first brought his financial skills to the logistics industry in 2003 and never looked back. Initially drawn to the ever-changing nature of logistics, Brian’s relentless work ethic and relaxed communication style make him a perfect fit to oversee Symbia’s financial operations.

Prior to joining Symbia in 2019, Brian served as CFO for U.S. Transport, IPW, and Atlas Oil Company. Brian values the team-focused environment at Symbia, and enjoys pitching in to assist with key tasks in other departments. He credits his broad business knowledge and guidance from great mentors as two of the forces that drive him to make a difference at Symbia every day.

Given Brian’s passion for the fast-paced world of logistics, it is no surprise that he also loves to travel. Whether it’s a trip to the beach or the ski slopes, Brian enjoys taking a break from spreadsheets and financial forecasts to spend time with his wife, son, and daughter.
