Caroline Berthon

Caroline Berthon is an experienced real estate advisor and trainer, currently serving as an independent real estate consultant, team developer, and manager at I@D France since November 2017. Caroline supports clients in their real estate projects by leveraging extensive knowledge of the local market, providing personalized advice, and ensuring effective communication through leading real estate platforms. Caroline has also held leadership roles in BNI MONTREUIL La Pêche!, first as Vice-President from July 2021 to September 2023, then as President from April 2024 to October 2024. Prior experience includes roles in environmental consulting and management with Artelia, focusing on energy, climate, and sustainable practices, as well as positions at Ecofys, Suez Environnement, and Pharmaciens Sans Frontières, contributing to projects in waste management and climate adaptation. Caroline holds a degree in International Business from EDHEC Business School and a Master's degree in Sustainable Management.
