Nathalie Glory

Nathalie Glory is an experienced professional in management and training, currently serving as Manager platinium associé and Formatrice at iad France since January 2016, where responsibilities include coaching and supporting a diverse team of 105 advisors and managers across France and Mexico. Previously, Nathalie held various leadership roles at ALTEN from 2007 to 2015, including Directrice d'agence, overseeing the financial management of the agency, recruitment, and career development for a team of 150 engineers. Additionally, Nathalie contributed to education as a Formatrice at Audencia and EMLV, creating and facilitating negotiation modules for Master's students.
