Robert has close to 50 years of experience in human resources, corporate structure and organizational development and offers a wealth of knowledge to ID FUND. During IBM’s dramatic Systems 360/370 period Robert created the process to grow the company from 75,000 employees to 150,000 in three years, and eventually to 414,000 employees in 106 countries. Subsequent to this milestone achievement, Robert was hired to initiate similar growth for Bank of America, and then Abbot Labs. Following these successes Robert was recruited by Gateway Computers and was instrumental in expanding Gateway from a small start-up company to a fully mature global organization. Robert was then hired as one of the first employees of Scient Corporation where he played a key role in growing Scient from a start-up to a global market leader and multi- billion dollar company in the internet space. During the Dotcom period Robert facilitated the growth of numerous start-ups as well as actively participating in over 30 acquisitions and mergers. Robert has tremendous experience managing start-ups from pre-IPO to publicly traded companies.
