Steve is one of the pioneers in the SaaS space. Early on he realized that providing software as a service allowed the customer to realize the full benefit of the software. Steve is Founder and CEO of The Changing Workplace. He gained his experience in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) while working for the international division of American Express, becoming Head of Space Planning.
Since founding The Changing Workplace in 2000, Steve has focused on solving strategic operational barriers by building best-in-class products that are continually evolving to meet market demands. The Changing Workplace’s computer assisted facilities management platform, WebCoRE, has overlapping capabilities enabling CRE teams to strategically and tactically optimize property portfolios through a continuous cycle of planning, managing, tracking and reporting. Today WebCore is used by companies like Microsoft Worldwide and CB Richard Ellis Worldwide. With over 30 years’ experience in the software sector, Steve’s hands-on approach has given him considerable knowledge – at both strategic and practical levels.
