Amber Dillard

Amber Dillard is an experienced workforce management professional with a robust background in program performance and data analysis. Currently serving as WFM Director at ID.me since May 2022, Amber previously held the same title at Equifax from September 2018 to May 2022. Between August 2013 and September 2018, Amber was a Sr. Project Controls Specialist at PPMS International, overseeing training and data management for the Yongsan Relocation Plan in Seoul, Korea. Prior to that, Amber worked as an Analyst at IBM Global Services from May 2009 to December 2012, managing performance programs for the US Army Information Technology Agency. Amber’s career began at AOL, where from 2000 to 2007, responsibilities included managing staffing and scheduling for internal call centers and outsourced partners.
