Jason N. has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Jason started their career as a Student Success Coordinator at Richard Bland College of William & Mary, where they worked closely with the Dean of Academic Success to develop educational resources and train academic coaches. Jason also served as a Resident Assistant, supporting the development and well-being of residential students through various programs and mentorship.

Jason then worked as a Camp Manager at S.T.E.A.M. Ingenuity Educational Consulting, responsible for facilitating a well-structured camp experience and supervising a team of assistants. At George Mason University, they held the position of Student Coordinator with the Office of New Students and Family Programs, overseeing orientation programs and mentoring a team of leaders.
