Jeff Burrell has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Jeff is currently working as a Senior UX Designer at ID.me, where they are responsible for developing a product ecosystem focused on digital identity and equitable access to benefits and services. Prior to this, they worked as a UX Designer at Outcomes4Me, where they contributed to the development of digital solutions for cancer patients. Jeff'srole involved redesigning and launching the Outcomes4Me mobile app and designing the Oncology Clinical Trial Finder web portal. Before that, Jeff held the position of Senior Industrial Designer at Draper, where they worked on concept development, brand language, infographics, and prototypes for various sectors. Jeff also served as an Industrial Design Contractor at Draper before being promoted. Earlier in their career, Jeff worked as an Industrial Designer at iRobot, where they contributed to the development of consumer robotics systems, including the Clean Base Automatic Dirt Disposal system and the Braava jet m6. Jeff also gained experience as an Industrial Designer & Model Maker at Normal and as an Industrial Design Intern at Quirky.com.
Jeff Burrell's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Brockport High School and obtained their High School Diploma with Honors. Following that, they pursued their undergraduate education at Rochester Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2013. There, they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a major in Industrial Design. Jeff also completed a Minor in Business Administration and had a concentration in Environmental Science during their time at Rochester Institute of Technology.
In 2019, Jeff continued their education by enrolling at Northeastern University, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Experience Design. Jeff completed this program in 2021, focusing on the field of study in Experience Design.
In addition to their formal education, Jeff Burrell obtained a certification in "2.008x: Fundamentals of Manufacturing Processes" from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in August 2020.
