Kai Rooks

Kai Rooks has a diverse work experience in various roles. They started their career as a Team Member at Target where they organized inventory and assisted customers. After that, they worked as a Mobile Patrol Officer at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., where they aided new employees, wrote daily logs, and resolved conflicts. Following that, they worked as an Administrative Support Intern at Year Up, assisting with data collection and processing. They then gained experience as a Process & Support Intern at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where they developed presentations, designed surveys, and communicated with coworkers. In 2019, they joined G4S as a Security Guard, where they deterred theft, maintained detailed reports, and enforced safety procedures. Currently, they are working as a Fraud Specialist at ID.me.

Kai Rooks began their education in 2019 by attending Year Up, where they completed a Certificate in Business Fundamentals Training. From 2020 to 2022, they pursued further education at Prince George's Community College, earning an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies.
