Mary Beth Brown

Mary Beth Brown has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in talent acquisition and recruitment operations. Mary Beth most recently worked as the Sr. Director of Recruiting Operations at ID.me. Prior to that, they held positions at 8x8 as the Director of Global Talent Operations and Programs, Sr. Manager of Global Talent Operations, and TA Programs Manager. Before joining 8x8, they worked at Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo Company) as the TA PMO Manager, TA Programs Manager and Coordinator Lead, and Talent Acquisition Programs Specialist. Early in their career, Mary Beth worked at Google as a University Programs Coordinator, and at Santa Clara University as an Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions.

Mary Beth Brown has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University. Mary Beth also holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Counseling from the same institution. Prior to their college education, they attended Saint Francis High School. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn and in Taleo (TEE): Essentials of Recruiting Configuration" and "Taleo (TEE): Foundations of Oracle Business Intelligence for Taleo Enterprise" from Oracle.
