Perry Waters

Perry Waters has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2011, they worked as a Translational Neuroscience Intern at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Following this, Perry joined Ardent Mills in 2015 as an Operations Development Associate, where they coordinated the maintenance department and handled crisis resolution. In the same year, they also started working at DISH Network as a Business Operations Analyst II, improving processes and automating tasks. Perry progressed to the role of Business Operations Analyst III, where they implemented credit card retry logic and developed internal tools to enhance customer service. Later, they became an Analyst/Developer II, building interactive dashboards and creating a machine learning model for forecasting payment volume. From 2019 to 2021, Perry served as a Senior Analyst/Developer at DISH Network, providing new insights and utilizing Tableau to enhance data understanding. Most recently, in 2021, they joined ID.me as a Fraud Data Analyst and was promoted to the role of Senior Data Analyst in 2022.

Perry Waters pursued their education at Southern Methodist University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2009 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Operations Research at the same university from 2013 to 2014.
