Jodie Hopkins has extensive experience in customer support and sales, currently serving as the Sales Facilitator Team Leader in the Medicine Division at ID Medical since August 2015. Responsibilities include managing ongoing payment and service issues for doctors across the UK, ensuring compliance with frameworks, and training team members on payment modules. Prior experience includes working as a Barista at Starbucks from March 2014 to May 2015 and as a Sales Assistant at Marks and Spencer from October 2010 to August 2014. Jodie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Media Make Up from the University of Bedfordshire and completed GCSEs and A Levels in Sociology at Shenley Brook End from 2005 to 2013.
