Mark K Braddy has worked in a variety of roles since 1993. Mark K began their career as an Account and Program Operations Manager at MarketStar, providing oversight of field operations, data analysis, and report generation. Mark K then moved to Creative Channel Services as a Client Partnership Manager - Operations Manager, where they were responsible for field services, employee recruiting, operations, and training of all departments. In 2017, they joined ID Plans as Director of Operations, providing strategic direction, execution frameworks, process automation, and workflow enhancements. Mark K was also responsible for KPIs and team structures. In 2019, they were promoted to Director of Continuous Improvement at ID Plans, where they used principles of Lean Six Sigma to identify process improvements, efficiencies, and eliminating waste for all departments. Mark K also specialized in Project Management, Research and Development, SOP Creation, Data Analysis, and Employee Training. In addition, they have worked as a Firefighter - EMT-B at Lakeland Fire Dept since 1999.

Mark K Braddy has attended Hillsborough Community College for both Computer Science and Fire Science/Fire-fighting. Mark K also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Project Management Academy, obtained in March 2022.
