Julia Hendrickson

Julia Hendrickson, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Operations Manager at iD Tech Camps since May 2021, where responsibilities include achieving strategic goals through full-cycle project management and maintaining a high Net Promoter Score. Previously, Julia held the position of Operations Lead at iD Tech, guiding a team of over 60 online instructors. Prior experience includes serving as the Director at Steve & Kate's Camp with Bright Horizons, where Julia successfully established a new location that grew to serve over 700 families, and roles at Alexandria Country Day School and Steve & Kate's, focusing on instructional support and family communication.
