Isobel Gotto

Isobel Gotto is a seasoned strategy and design consultant, currently serving as Strategy Director at I/D.W since April 2021, where leadership of multi-disciplinary teams facilitates major brand and organizational transformations for clients. As the Founder of IzBiz since November 2007, Isobel has established a strategic design consultancy that leverages strategy, design, and communication to drive business change and growth, with notable clients such as Starbucks and Coca-Cola. Previous experience includes roles as Strategy Director and Strategist at SYPartners, where support was provided to senior executives leading organizational transformations, and as a Strategy Consultant at Gemini Consulting, managing teams to develop business strategies across various industries. Isobel also contributed to nonprofit initiatives as a Consultant at Social Venture Consulting and served as a Fundraiser at Marie Stopes International. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Master of Arts in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
