Marco Cosentino

Marco Cosentino has worked in various software engineering roles since 2010. In 2010, they were a JAVA analyst & developer, MYSQL developer, and WEB developer at Sitovivo. In 2011, they were both a Software Engineer at AOL and a Co.founder, ICT Consultant, Web Developer, Database Administrator, and System Administrator at ProfessioneIT. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at ADTECH. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Principal Software Engineer at AOL. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Senior Software Development Engineer at Verizon Media. Since 2019, they have been a Solutions Architect at GLS IT Services GmbH and, since 2021, a Senior Software Engineer at ID5.io. At ID5, Marco is working to improve online advertising for consumers, media owners and advertisers, with the ultimate goal to help publishers grow sustainable revenue.

Marco Cosentino obtained their High School Diploma from ITIS E. Fermi Giarre in 2005, with a field of study in Computer Science. Marco then went on to pursue a M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Università di Catania, which they completed in 2009. In 2020, they obtained a Professional Scrum Product Owner® I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org.
