Jade Johnson

Jade Johnson has a diverse work experience starting from 2002 to the present. Their most recent position was at id8 retail and id8 360, where they served as the Head of People and Operations, responsible for shaping and executing people strategies, driving operational excellence, and fostering positive company culture. Prior to that, they worked at Cardlytics as the People Director, UK, managing and improving the UK People function and supporting broader People initiatives. Jade also has experience as an HR Business Partner at esure, an HR Manager at tlmNEXUS Ltd and MPM Graffiti Solutions, and an HR Advisor at Eurotherm and Carnival UK. Jade began their career as an Administration Assistant at Southern Water before transitioning to the role of Resourcer at AndersElite.

Jade Johnson attended the University of Brighton from 2009 to 2010, where they pursued a Masters in Personnel and Development. Prior to that, they studied at Solent University from 2007 to 2008, earning a Certificate in Personnel Practice. Before their university studies, Jade attended Tauntons College in 2001 and Bitterne Park Secondary School from 1997 to 2001.
