David Scheiman, MBA, MPH has a range of work experience in the non-profit sector. David has held leadership positions at various organizations including IDA Foundation, LifeNet International, and World Vision. At IDA Foundation, they currently serve as the President of Business Development - Americas, overseeing business development efforts to support strategic growth goals and international programs. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Programs at LifeNet International, leading a team that trained African healthcare workers to provide quality care to underserved populations. During their time at World Vision, they held roles such as Senior Technical Advisor, Senior Regional Advisor, and Senior Director for Africa Programs. In these positions, they focused on increasing private funding, managing international health programs, and developing global engagement strategies. David also played a key role in addressing global food crises and promoting child well-being. Additionally, David has experience in risk analysis, program effectiveness, and team management.
David Scheiman holds a Master of Science in Public Health degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. David also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Eastern University and obtained a Bachelor of General Science degree from the University of Montevallo.
